Processing Time

Once your order is placed, it typically takes 1–3 business days to process before it ships. Processing times may occasionally extend to up to 5 business days during high-demand periods (such as holidays or major sales events).

Shipping Times

Shipping times depend on where your specific item ships from. This is noted on the product page.

Items shipping from our U.S. warehouses: Estimated delivery: 3–8 business days after processing, once your order has shipped.

Items shipping from international warehouses: Estimated delivery: 10–15 business days after processing, once your order has shipped. International shipments may occasionally take longer due to customs clearance or carrier delays outside our control.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may vary due to factors such as weather, holidays, carrier delays, or high order volumes.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 3 business days after shipment for tracking information to update.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Multiple Items, Multiple Packages

If your order contains items that ship from different warehouses, you may receive them in separate packages, at different times. This is normal and does not indicate an error with your order.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect address information provided at checkout. If you notice an error shortly after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@comforia.shop and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.

Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@comforia.shop with your order number so we can look into it.
